We have four services on Sundays each with a different style and emphasis. Each term our sermon series mainly follows a book of the Bible helping us to understand and apply God’s word today. Lively, relevant and inspired biblical teaching is important to us. You can download sermons from our 10am service to listen to again from our website.
Our 8am Service – For those who value a service that has all the hall marks of a traditional Anglican service. Then the 8am service is for you! This service is traditional in content using the Australian Anglican Prayer Book (AAPB). Each time we meet together we devote a good amount of time to readings from Scripture and a sermon. And we always celebrate Holy Communion!
Although this service consists of mostly our older folk, we have no group to cater for young children, we tend to be quieter and more reflective in style, but we’re not silent or cold or impersonal and everyone is welcome. Likewise, we might aim to be solemn, but we’re not at all interested in being stuffy; we want to be thoroughly reverent. Our service tends to run for an hour and fifteen minutes.

Our 10am service – This is the main service at St Paul’s. Everyone is welcome to join us at 10am. It’s a service for the young and the older, for those familiar with church, and those new to church.
We sing a mix of modern songs as well as traditional hymns. We celebrate Holy Communion (The Lord’s Supper) once a month. We aim for a high level of participation and some interaction. We have something for all the family, including a regular Kids’ Spot and Kids Church for pre-school age through to year 10. We are made up of people from every age and stage. We try to teach the Bible in a stimulating and engaging way, making much of the person and work of the Lord Jesus Christ as well as touching on how we should respond and relate to him. We also have morning tea straight after the service. We have a hearing loop in the central area of the church and we’re able to prepare song sheets and liturgy in large print on request

Our 6pm service – There is No 6pm Service tonight 6 January 2019
This is our contemporary service which is geared towards our younger people (and young at heart). We try to keep things contained, without compromising on the important things: time to read God’s word and hear it explained, pray and sing together, encourage each other, and build friendships. Our services aim to encourage participation and interaction.
We are relaxed and informal, enjoying supper together after the service and after supper some our high schoolers and young adults head out to Maccas for more supper.

St Luke’s Loomberah 9am
A nurturing congregation of all ages who meet 9 am every Sunday out at Loomberah. We encourage one another through Sunday School, Youth Group, ‘Chit Chat’ (young families) and home group bible studies.
